Suspended account for R11

All messages to collections go unanswered or ignored due to blatant incompetence. If u lucky to get through to an agent they tell u that u are actually in arrears by R11 odd and your line cant be suspended. Please note my payment of R900 and again R100 to cover the R11 odd you claim.

I find your consultants extremely unprofessional and unwilling to assist. I do have a call recording where your agent ( I wont name her here) blatantly laughted when I said its ridiculous to suspend for R11 odd and when asked for a supervisor told "she is going home, she will call you tomorrow"

Reactivate my line please so I can actually conduct work in order to pay u each month!!!
