Suspend service without consultation

Useless service once again from pathetic untrained non-service orientated unprofessional individuals working at MTN. They firstly keep on phoning my wife when I'm the account holder, when she refers them to me the lazy sod couldn't be bothered with making another call contact me. Pathetic service. I call to enquire what the call is about and NOT one person has a cooking clue what I'm taking about. Now at 4pm when anyone that matters can actually resolve my issue has gone home for the day they suspend my phone. Great service MTN. As soon as this is resolved, you'll never see my business again.
