Suspend my contract

<p>i have a contract with mtn for 4 years now and now the lady who upgrade my contract last year by the name of lungiswa in jabulani mall she did open my line and my phone continue to call while i was not aware that it does charge me as i did a top up contract.now my both phones are suspended and this legal team from MTN i only speak or do arrangement with them as they handed me to them but my problem now is i did pay what they ask me to and still i cant have my lines open.They dont privide me with their number or any information to speak to them directly.Please help with MtN</p> <p> </p> <p>THANKS</p> <p>Paul makgoka</p>
