Suspend my account everyday
Well my account gets suspended every day due to your managent and I have lost alot of income and work due to your neclect to your customers and I want to know were can I return my contracts as I no longer want them if they are no use for me and if you refuse I will go to my lawyer and then take you on for my loss of income due to your incompetence of running a bussiness

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
Kindly be advised that you have 3 lines on one account number. The account do have a credit limit of R2000.00. The system will use the unbilled invoices balances, this invoices are not finalized. So if the balance on the unbilled invoices reach near 90% of the credit limit the system will barr the lines for outgoing calls.
We have increased the credit limit with R700.00 the credit limit is now R2700.00 for the 3 lines.
Please note if you do require to cancel the contracts early fees will apply.
