Suspend line

This is really sad that I had to take time off work to visit your MTN stores again with an issue that occurred last year Oct and it's very sad that the issue has been resolved. MTN sent me threats that I owe them R 391.81 I have been sending requests for someone to explain what that money was for but till today no response. I have been receiving calls but I could not answer my phone but if you look at my profile you can see my line of work I'm a consultant that means I can't answer my phone. How about you send me an email with an explanation<br> Went to MTN Maponya Mall and a very nice gentle man assist me (Kgaogelo Ramolefo) he broke down the R 391.81 and we both noticed I don't owe MTN that money<br> He said I did not pay R259.01 is October <br> He said I was changed R 11.40 for reversing payment that was not suppose to be debited from my account to begin with (ref number: ***)<br> I didn't receive the R110 in December (ref number: ***)<br> Not sure who is not doing the job at your department because this has went too far and MTN has the nerve to tell me that legal actions will taken against me and my line will be suspend if payment is not done yet MTN has the wires crossed.
