Suspected MTN SIM *****

Good day, I Received an SMS yesterday confirming a FREE LTE SIM to be delivered by MTN. Today my phone cannot make outgoing calls. Have been trying to get in contact with MTN through their 083 1 808 contract call center. No answer as yet. Also lodged a complaint on the MTN website for SIM *****. I did not request a SIM swap and I am suspecting SIM *****. Regards,

According to our records a consultant has been in touch with you and this matter is being resolved.

Please be advised that the simswap was not done from our side, we only action it once the sim card is delivered.
