Suspected ***** - renewal of contract

Hi, during the beginning of April 2017 I called at my local MTN store (Watercrest Mall) to enquire about the cancellation of a contract that was due to end at the end of May 2017 (2-year contract) only to be informed that this contract had been renewed in January 2017. I immediately requested that the renewal of this contract be investigated and supp**** MTN with an affidavit confirming that I did not renew this contract and demanded to know how the contract had been renewed and by whom. To date I have not received any substantial response from MTN and to make things worse I now cannot cancel the contract because the status on MTN system indicates that it has been renewed. I no longer want this contact and cannot make contact with the management at MTN to demand that this contract be cancelled with immediate effect. Do I need to put a stop payment on my debit order to ensure I get a response from MTN??? I have been a customer with MTN since cellphones came to SA and did not expected to be treated in this manner???

I am still waiting for MTN to finalise their investigation into this incident of *****?? Cannot cancel the contract that was *******ly renewed, still paying for the contract each month but not receiving the data, cannot speak verbally to any MTN management and only receive emails when replying to my requests??? What is going on MTN?????? Perhaps it is time to consider porting to a better network after being with MTN for more than 20 years???
