I'm deeply disappointed with the telemarketing team of MTN South Africa, Mohammed which works at lens or nearby call center contacted me last week for a contract deal, i approved the deal and gave him my personal details , he said that the handsets will be delivered by or before the 18/052022 till to date there's no any communication from him nor MTN, I'm now puzzled and convinced that this company is focused on their targets than meeting the client's primary need, now my personal details are exposed on your system and there's an awaiting debit order to deduct on my account without any delivery which has been couriered and the consultant told me that the handsets will be delivered on or before 18/05/2022 even if first payment hasn't deducted or paid and the payment was scheduled for the month of June I went to the nearest store and all they can provide is this: *** The email doesn't even go through. Please clarify this for me, is MTN partnering with ********? Thabo Webster ***
