Surprised by MTN's late night help!

I had an issue with my home internet and messaged MTN at 22:30 at night, not expecting any reply because I thought everyone was asleep. To my surprise, they rep**** immediately and connected me to an agent who was working from home!

She helped me and sorted my issue so quickly. Other networks definitely don't do this at night.

I'm really impressed and relieved. Thank you MTN!
