Surprise MTN Gamer+ subscription

Hi,

I got a surprise this morning that I have been subscribed to a service that I did not agree to in any way or form. At first I thought this was a **** but when I searched on the net I see that other MTN customers are having the same issue. I want to know how did this happen without my authorisation? I have gone through the messages sent via my number and there are only messages sent by me to personal numbers. This is outrageous that someone could automatically subscribe me to a service without my consent and then expect me to unsubscribe by text as this would show my number as active and open me up to who knows how many other ****s like this.
