supposed to be paying R489.00pm. Why is 660+ debit
Good day,<br> <br> Dare I ask again that if I am supposed to be paying R489.00 per month. Why is it that I am being debited R660+?<br> <br> When I took this upgrade - The agreement was that my account was going to be credited with R4000 because your fault on my previous contract. I remember vividly that I wanted to cancel - Being the fool that I am, I gave you guys a chance, and it seems I have got myself into another abusive relationship.<br> <br> My calculation resulted in at least 7 months before you can debit my account with a fixed amount of R489,00. Because I did specify that all other services' credit limit be set to zero. Now it's the 2nd month in a row that I am being debited. If this isn't ******** I don't know what it is.<br> <br> I think it's time to cut tights with MTN as it is not servicing me on bit, but just raping me of my hard earned money with no satisfaction whatsoever.<br> <br> I should have just cancelled and counted my loses. I am done with this service provider, you can come fetch your device or give me an address to deliver it to.<br>

Kindly note your debit order for February returned unpaid. The invoice for March balance was R478.00.
The account balance on the 1-1-2016 was in credit with R408.72 then the credit has been used against the February invoice R557.07. The debit order for R148.35 has been requested that covered for the February invoice after the credit has been used against this invoice.
The debit order for R148.35 has been sent and returned unpaid. The debit for R638.75 was for the balance of R148.35 +R11.40 RD fee =R638.75.
We have sent the request to the upgrade department to give us feedback regarding the credit for R4000.00.
