Supper Angry client

I have been trying to make calls for the past 3 days and I am unable to, I call the call center i am told that its a call barring issue then I am told to dial *#35# but that seems to not help, I have been with mtn for the past 9 years and when I have an issue it gets solved now I am told to wait till Monday, I have impotant calls to make this is unacceptable i called 3 time today and seem to not get help. One of the Incidents number is *** and If my issue dose not get solved by Monday I will leave MTN.
