Supervisor mandate
I’m very disappointed in the service that I received from Mtn store at birch acres mall. I went to the store two weeks back to perform a sim swap but was told that the system is offline. Today I went to the store again for the same service and I was told that the cannot perform a sim swap due to the supervisor being off.
How do you run a store like that because the store is open for service but we are unable to get service we required. During the week I’m at work, I only get a chance to go to the branch on sundays and I was told that he/she won’t be in next week as well.
