With this I would hereby like to compliment one of your employees, Nonjabulo Ngubo, Customer service Consultant for the excellent service she provided me today. Ms. Ngubo helped me to sort out my account after I wanted to withdraw my contract with MTN following the bad service I got from one of the Supervisor Nadia. She managed to go an extra mill to investigate on what exactly happened to my account and the issue was resolve on the first Call resolution which is what is very important as the customer services providers I have always been pleased with the service I receive at MTN that is the reason why I have been one of your loyal customers for 10yrs now on contract hence I was disappointed with Nadia and wanted to cancel everything ,Ms. Ngubo’s professionalism and enthusiasm to get to the root of the issue promptly exceeded my expectations. Just within few minutes , your colleague resolved the issue in my benefit. This type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer’s satisfaction has to be acknowledged.
