Supersonic worst service ever

Supersonic suspended my fibre after I got an email that I have arrears on 25th. I made payment of 899 an d log a ticket to arrange for payment on the 15th of september for arrears amount. No one responded. I tried phoning them on 26th,27th and 28th but up to now no response. Most pathetic service ever. My ticket numbers is as follow 26 August - SST447339 28 August - SST449473 07 September -SST457721 GUESS WHAT??? There was no response on any of my tickets.
