Supersonic MTN Air Fibre Installation

My name is Clememtine Lukhele ID No:***, I have been waiting from 25 August 2026 for MTN Supersonic to install the Air Fibre that is paid in advance to patent hasn't been installed.

I'm struggling with my family as we are unable to access internet and I am working from home and have to go to neighbour's and family members houses in order for me to perform my work duties.

This is really unacceptable and frustrating and they give different excuses all the time
