Supersonic is worse than Telkom

I thought telkom was bad. About a month ago, I did the application for my Fibre and voice line. I was promised my transition from my telkom line would be seemless so I gave notice to telkom. Since my telkom services were canceled a few days ago I have been without fibre or voice. Working from home without internet connectivity let alone voice is next to impossible. I've done severe damage to my mobile data (which is also provided by mtn) just to keep on track with my work. I have been on the phone to technical and sales consultants 3-5 times a day, and they just keep passing me around making excuses, saying Openserve needs to give me a fiber router and connect it. Not only did openserv deliver and set up as required on the day my telkom services disconnected but they left me with the necessary info to pass on to suoersonic. But still supersonic keeps passing me from one person to the next. Tomorrow will be day 3 without internet and voice. I have a good mind to just switch back to Telkom but don't think my household will survive much longer without internet connectivity. I'm utterly disappointed in supersonic and mtn Its an absolute disgrace how they handle new customers. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Telkom might be slow but at least they keep you connected. Shame on you MTN and supersonic!
