Supersonic - FTTH

<p>While I appreciate the fact that MTN is going through the efforts of rolling out FTTH to various areas, they simply do not have the right s****s and people in place to be able to support anything that involves customer service. It has been one issue after the next with numerous calls to their call centre trying to sign up to their Supersonic services and get this implemented. I am not sure if the staff are just not educated well enough on how to use their own platform or just can't do it, but MTN should just concentrate on the infrastrucutre and let Afrihost be the ISP and manage their customers. What ever happened to being an Open Network that they boasted about a few years ago?</p>
