Supersonic Fibre from MTN service queries do not get treated with supersonic speed, totally the opposite.

I made an Order for Fibre on the 26th August, and still waiting for someone to call me to activate the service. Emails get rep**** with reference numbers, the Phone line takes up all airtime or minutes, and the social media platforms are useless when it comes to assisting with fibre, yet my service has not been activated.
