Supersonic fiber absolutely useless

Absolutely terrible service. They still have not even installed our fiber even though we have have been dealing with them for our current contract for over 3 weeks now. We have even tried prior to that tried to another contract which has lapsed for OVER 2 MONTHS. Their incredibly terrible service and laziness to actually get things done is astonishing. They have now supposedly moved us to “urgent” and have moved over their incapable installation process to SADV to install. Which has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve our fiber not being installed.
