SuperSonic as an MTN service Sucks!

I am review MTN as Part of Supersonic, they are draging MTN name through the Mud, 5 months now I've been strugling with my internet and they refuse to solve the issue. Promises of call backs and that my issue will resolved to tickets being closed with out resolution, Managers that refuse to take calls as they are always in meetings. Nice paying someone to manage a business but all they do is meetings and lunch. I have begged and pleaded for assistance. But the end of the month comes and they take your money without an issue. 5 Months now paying a R1000 a month with my internet speed running at 20kb/psec for 90% of the time and when it does run correctly it's up for minutes before heading back to the worst signal.
