Superflex MTN misleading customers

Signed up for the unlimited supeflex account with MTN. Not more than 6 to 8 numbers called each day. After two weeks of usage I get an unfair usage policy notification on sms. Today, afte rthree calls, I get notified I will be transmigrated to a prepaid account because of unfair usage.

The advertising by MTN says, " Spaek as much as you want" and "unlimited".

It seems their unlimited is limited to less than 20 unique numbers and limited time on the phone.

I complained a week ago. I was told it's an error and not to worry about it. I called again this morning and got the most unhelpful response.
