Superflex Disney+ ****... Don't fall for the false advertising

I've purchased a superflex bundle on the 28th of June which was advertised with a Disney+ gift subscription. It is the school holidays and this would work for entertaining the kids with the data. However, I have spoken to 5 different agents and all of them have said that they will "call me back". I never got any of the call backs and I have the agents names. My subscription is still not active and it's almost half the month into the subscription. This is false advertising and I'm going to take this up with the consumer commission for not providing services that are advertised.
