Superflex deals not working properly

Bought the new MTN Superflex. This card became active on the 26th September 2023. as I paid for the first month with the application, I had no issues. Come the second month MTN is supposed to deduct the monthly fee automatically (as per their terms and conditions) from your account. This never happened even thought I got an SMS on the 26th October saying the term is renewed for the next month. NOWHERE in the MTN APP can you manually pay for it. Try it and you will see the frustration it causes…. I went to the MTN store. They have idea how it works and couldn't assist me. Made many attempts to speak to someone in customer care. The ALSO have no idea. I got pushed from pre-paid to contracts... back and forth... Emailed Customercare.com . This mail bounced as the mailbox is full... Tried the chatbot. was a waste of time. Now I’m sitting with 0 data and cannot make any calls!!!!! I have now run out of options who to contact.......
