Superflex bundles not loaded

I have a Superflex bundle, and yesterday at 08:16 AM, I purchased a R299 bundle. However, I still haven't received my unlimited airtime, SMS, and 10GB of data. I have sent my payment confirmation to Sphindile Khuzwayo and spoken with Nomasonto Klofo, Portia Fumba, and Landokuhle Zulu, but my issue remains unresolved. Could you please advise if there’s anything more I need to do to receive my bundles?
