Superflex

I ordered an mtn superflex deal for 299 online transaction went through and they said they would send a sim upon receiving a sim it was Ricad and when we tried calling it says you ha e no airtime however this was supposed to be unlimited calls and 10mb of data but we only got 1mb When I called the call centre they said this card is not on superflex so I've paid 299 but no one can resolve this query so irritated right now
