Super Pathetic, Bad, Poor, Horrible and terrible service from MTN Insurance
<p>My phone was collected more than 4 weeks back for repair. I cant get hold of them over the phone nor on emails as they simply dont respond. The phone number just rings and rings and rings and rings...... They dont give feedback and I subsequently dont know how far my claim or repair is!!!! Wil most definately not recommend MTN Insurance to anyone else.</p> <p>They are the most useless insurance company on the planet!!!</p>
