Super frustrated customer MDM

Frustrated customer

Hellopeter, Mtn did not brought my phone back, and is now 6 weeks. Since it was booked back to the store for repairs which I was supposed to get a new phone according to the MTN contract the faulty phone was brought back to the shop within 7 days. It was a Contract upgrade which I upgraded on the 12th of February 2024 and because I detected a factory fault on it, it was taken back to the store on the 19th February 2024.

I need a constructive answer on this......
