Super Frustrated and disappointed with MTN!!!

I have tried to negotiate with MTN regarding a COVID payment holiday that was granted to me, the now want me to pay 75% of the outstanding balance before they will reconnect me. All I am tasking is to get the balance added onto the end of my contract, ( I have been with MTN for around 30 years) I cannot get hold of anyone who I can arrange or negotiate anything with!!!!!
