SUPER DISGUTED WITH MTN-SA

I have been battling for the past two months to get MTN to update ITC status on my name and to remove legal status on the now lapsed contract account. My MTN account payments fell behind because I was not happy with MTN extending the term of my contract without my knowledge so I stopped paying until my account was handed over to VVM Attorneys. I paid everything that need to be paid to VVM Attorney and got confirmation that I no longer owe anything. The nightmare started when I contact MTN to do their part. I spoke to numerous MTN consultants to check if I still owe anything on their side and I was told by more than 5 or 6 different MTN consults that I don't owe anything. Now the challenge I am having is getting someone at MTN Legal department to remove legal status and to update ITC status. I called MTN on 5 June 2023 and I was told by someone by the name of Shaulin on the that it takes 24 hours for legal status to be removed. When I called again on 8 June 2023, that's after 2 days the same Shaulin to me to wait 30 days. Now it's 6 June 2023 and the "24 hours" and "30 days" have passed and I am battling to get through to MTN legal department. When I try to get through they put me through to wrong departments, it's either they put me through to customer service or collections or rententions. I was once put through to their ***** line as well. I am so super disgusted with MTN customer service.
