Supa fly charger 28 W ultra fast

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a Superfly charger that I purchased from your store on the 15th of May 2026 for approximately R599–R600.

The charger was bought specifically for my iPhone 12, however, it does not charge my phone at all. I tested the charger on my sister’s iPhone 13 Pro Max, and although it worked, it still charged extremely slowly despite being advertised as a fast charger. It took almost two hours for the phone to fully charge, which is unacceptable for a product sold as a fast charger.

I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the service I received. I expected a reliable charger, especially considering the amount of money I paid for it.

I would like to kindly request a refund if possible, as the charger is not functioning as expected for the device it was purchased for.

I hope this matter can be resolved soon.
