Sunstream Worldpanel charger problem

<p>Bought a Sunstream Worldpanel charger for my daughter in December to take on the adventure of a lifetime to ensure her phone would always be charged to take photos. What a disappointment when she returned to find out that her phone was never (yes, NEVER!) able to charge and so ....no photos!</p> <p>I tested the charger in full sunlight when she returned and it bounces between "connect charger" and "charging" for about half a second on each, accompanied by a 'ping' sound every time it goes to "charging". Obvious to anyone that this 'ping' is using battery life and that the Sunbeam Worldpanel charger is, in fact, working as an UNCHARGER! Six hours in full sunlight and ZERO charge....</p> <p> </p> <p>How do I get this issue resolved? Surely there must be a technical problem...or is MTN selling a product that doesn't do what it advertises it can do?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
