Summer Sun Trading Mobile .... ****... MTN should sort out this company from *****ing more money

I were contacted on 2/8/2017 for better deal regarding my cellphone contract by a person who I heard was from MTN but later discovered were from Summer Sun Trading Mobile. I were promised a lower monthly payment. I clearly told the lady that I do not want a new phone, but somehow she convinced me to change the contract. After a few days I decide to cancel the change. I visit the MTN shop in Glenn fare, Lynn-wood, Pretoria. They referred me to Menlynn. The lady in the Client service shop then told me I need to came back the next day because we have to phone in office hours. I visit the shop the next day and then a gentlemen told me that I need to phone the call center. The call center provide we with a telephone number. I spoke to Luciano and then start making notes only from 6/9, 3/10, 17/10, 15/11, 29/11, 7/12,15/12, 19/12, 7/1 and 15/1. Nobody phone me back, the contract is not cancelled and I never receive any paperwork, cellphone or paid less. I need to buy airtime very often. I am with MTN with more than twenty years and this service is really scarring.
