Summer mobile *******
<p>I got an unsolicited call from Summer mobile in October 2016. I had no idea what the sales agent was talking about and kept asking her. Next thing I get an email saying my order is on the way. I immediately emailed Summer Mobile to cancel and they said I just needed to send my I.D number which I did. I also asked them for a copy of the recording where I supposedly agreed to a new contract which I never received. To date my contract I never agreed to has never been cancelled. These people MTN is using are ******* and should never be allowed to operate under the MTN banner.</p>

We apologize for any inconvenience incurred.
We have sent the complaint to Summer Mobile Supervisor 'Ashleen Elias' to assist us urgent with feedback, we have requested for recordings regarding the upgrade for cell number ***.
According to the notes on the account the agent did notify you that only the upgrade date has been changed and you are not billed for a device. We have requested from Ashleen to confirm if any device was sent to you. If Ashleen confirm this we will request a copy of the invoice signed.
If Summer Mobile cannot resolve this complaint MTN will require he affidavit and certified ID copy to investigate the ***** upgrade done and against Summer Mobile.
