SUMMER MOBILE AND MTN MISLEADING CUSTOMERS TO MAKE SALES

Summer Mobile a third party of MTN, got my contract details from MTN. Called me sold me an early upgrade and the fees I need to pay. At the end of the month I was charged nearly double of what I was told.

Tried explaining I was misled by the agent with call recordings to prove it. But they say I should have know about additional charges due to me being a customer lol

Been trying to get help for over a month, MTN says they cant help because it involves summer. And summer says I got charged less. Nothing helpful from both parties.

If you ever Get a call from SUMMER MOBILE based in CAPETOWN please beware as it's a company full of ******** that get your details from MTN.
