Summer Mobile a Joke!!!

Received a call from Ismail at Summer Mobile re my cell phone upgrade, and was giving exceptional service and promised me everything I wanted, the S6 with a wireless charger and a micro sim for a slightly higher premium than I'm currently paying. I accepted obviously but when i received my package a few days later, it was not what i expected. It was just the handset, in a huge box, which obviously meant that the wireless charger and micro sim was in there but most probably ****** out the box. <br> I returned the package and called mtn, who then said they couldnt assist me and transferred me to Summer Mobile where I spoke to a Mr Vincent Goba, who promised to look into it and call me within the next 2days. A week went by and no communication was received so I decided to call again, this time straight to Summer Mobile and spoke to Vincent again, this call was made on the 25th Feb and was promised to get a call back by Monday 29th Feb. And still no call. Im still in the dark and want to know if MTN still wants my business or should i rather enquire with other networks as it seems that im no longer a valued client at this institution anymore!
