MTN YOU ARE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER I HAVE TOLD PPL THAT ARE CLOSE TO ME TO LEAVE YOUR KARK NETWORK.

i have been with MTN for long i have using the MTN since for that is the only network that i have been using.
Before you guys you will block and send me an sms to pay.
No one called me and asked, why didn't you call me and find out WHY am i not making a payment.
i Know you guys are capable of blocking a line immidaitley when you see that the last month i didn't make a payment.
I CANT PAY R7740.00 that's too much for me.

24 Apr 2019, 06:47 Good Day Zodwa, Thank you for the email. Please be advised that the current balance outstanding until the 2019-04-16 invoice is R 8,545.44, kindly note the account came into legal on the 03/04/2019 and it will be deactivated in May 2019.
Please advise if i should get someone to contact you for a collection plan, if yes please provide a contact number.
