Such bad service it has become quite bizarre

I have the following reference no's *** (F@#$%-all response) ***(F@#$%-all), ***(F@#$%-all), ***(surprise!....F@#$%-all happened on that one too!) and many others since I started trying to find out why I am not being given what I pay for on the contract. It has become so absurd that I had a sit-in at the Faerie Glen MTN shop and refused to leave after closing time. The manager, bless her poor infantile soul, then had to phone the regional manager (who was VERY busy) and only agreed to take the call when they realized I was REALLY not leaving. Promised to escalate it (F@#$% -all happened). Then the poor call centre staff with their pre-prepared responses to queries... sorry ma'm for the inconvenience, we PROMISE you this time it will be addressed, really THIS TIME we have done it differently, really VERY sorry (but F@#$%-all happened).<br> And DON'T tell me you are a franchise and that you don't deal with this!! You were VERY happy to deal with me when I signed the contract! MTN is very happy to take my money every month!<br> So I CHALLENGE a senior person at MTN to PHONE me and explain why your service is so bad (why do I bother hellopeter...it won't happen...)
