Such a ****ty service

MTN by far is the ****tiest company ever. All of the 5 years if not more that I had/have contracts with them I have never experience such disgusting services. I have airtime that I am not able to use logged this query and have not received any feedback, when you do call back, the call centre is u***ed closed. I have logged a query of disappearing airtime and received a u***ed generic response which was incorrect, re-logged the query but still no one gives to ****s to call back. Try missing a payment sooo quick to suspend but cant enough provide proper services which I pay for. Now go ahead am give me a generic response to this, I have no problem going to the Ombudsman. Someone needs to call or because waiting on que and having the drop on the 20th min is disgusting. I have just had about enough of this ****ty service!!!. Cancelling is am option but you guys have cancellations fee thou you not providing the u***en services.
