Substandard repairs to Cellphone tower

Bathurst tower in the Eastern Cape is giving severe problems from dropped calls to no signal at all for hours on end it's now more than a week of reporting the problem and nothing have been done and previous report when they said it was fixed only lasted a day before problem started again. I'm now fed-up with substandard service provided, this tower is the only connection to emergency services for hundreds of people.
