Subscription that didn't give consent too

I have fully payed my mtn contract and I tried several times to cancel the contract but they subscribed me with any offer that I didn't give consent too.. It's the 4th month trying to cancel this nonsense even call center called me last month they promised that they canceled and to my surprise yesterday they deducted money on my account... Please help regarding this issue because I really hate MTN in this very moment
