Subscription services
Im am appalled by the fact that I had to pay R1300 for my MTN account for December and now I have to pay another R2400 this month for subscriptions services that I never subscribed to. I get told that I clicked on links on websites that I was on, I don't click on anything that I shouldn't. I have never been asked to accept terms and conditions on any site. This is by far the worst thing I have ever come across in all the year's I have been with MTN. I want my money back, every cent and I want immediate action feom MTN. The subscription services that I was subscribed to was Sunny Videos, Gamer Plus and Operater Telecoms.

We do apologize for the inconvenienced caused.
Kindly be advised that any services used on the sim card will be charged to the account, content services is not a MTN service and from our side we cannot activate this, content service can only be activated by the user of the handset. MTN do not credit the account for any content charges.
Please not that content charges are when you downloading information from your Internet or device commercial adverti*****t to your handset.
Please note we cannot assist you with the break down for the content charges because this is not a MTN service and we do not work on outside company systems.
We have sent the request to the content provider to remove this service for you. The reference number #***.

09 Jan 2018, 09:28How is this possible, surely if I am being billed by MTN then the MTN has a part to play and when I call the number that was given to me ********** I get through to MTN. I will seek legal action as there was no agreement signed or consent given by myself or anyone else to accept terms and conditions. I am not satisfied in any way that I have a bill that is standing at R2400 on the MTN website, I understand that the total shown is not the finalized total but that wont change much even with the contract discount.
I this is the kind of service MTN is providing then I will consider switching my network elsewhere.
