Subscription Service Added To My Account Without Consent

I have received my MTN bill today and saw that the entire month had a R4/day MTN gamer subscription on it!! I have NOT opted in for this AT ALL. I never respond to those promo SMS's. I am kindly requesting an immediate credit to my MTN account for this issue. Otherwise I will consider cancelling my MTN account, because this is not acceptable.
