Subscription ***** by MTN

I am not happy with how you are *****ing us with your contract. You just billed me R117 for subscriptions that I don't even have...tried numerous times to contact your customer service but they all say different things since they can't tell me exactly why I was charged for something that I don't have...tried escalating the matter with no luck...you are indirectly *****ing us and it is really not nice
