Subscription
<p>I would like to know why there are so many services just loaded on the accounts where the clients did not subscribe to. They just send you an sms and tell you that you are subscribed to some service. </p> <p>What about the POPPI ACT. Know one are allowed to charge you for services if you did not subscribe to it but still this happen on a daily basis.</p> <p> </p> <p>You can block and delete the sms as well as the number and tomorrow the same "subscribing service" will send sms's from a different number.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please MTN block these services that is costing your clients a lot of money as they are not aware of these subscriptions.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly give me feedback regarding these matters.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p>

kindly be advised that we have sent a request to the content provider to remove your number from their susbcriptions once that have been done you should receive a confirmation Sms.

Will the so called service provider refund MTN and in turn MTN refund me the amount that was deducted from my cell account.
This is *****!!!
