Subscribing and serving adult/**** content to minors
So both of my children have been subscribed to Adult (18+) and numerous other MTN Play subscriptions. Not through any of their actions on their part. So MTN in terms of the law they did not accept and contract with you for the content. In terms of the CPA they are due a refund I'm sure. But how, if they received the adult material, would you justify serving Adult content to a minor?

They did not subscribe, how can you bill?
