I am deeply concerned about the security breach that allowed this unauthorized action to take place. I kindly request that you provide me with the following:

1. A detailed investigation into how the unauthorized SIM swap occurred. 2. Immediate suspension of any further unauthorized activity linked to my account. 3. Restoration of my original SIM and account security. 4. Confirmation of all security protocols being enhanced to prevent such incidents in the future.
