Stupid sim swap questions

I lost my phone a month ago and the I recently tried to do a sim swap the first time the call center agent told me I had failed the questionnaire and that I needed to email the relavent documents, bare in mind that the sim was a contract sim and I didn't top up airtime and I can't remember how much airtime I topped up when I moved it to prepaid I personally feel that MTN is just using people we buy sim cards but still can't get the questions ryt how am I supposed to remember the amount of airtime and the day I recharged when I lost the sim a month ago, MTN NEEDS TO SIT DOWN AND REVISE THESE QUESTIONS , DOING A SIM SWAP IS HARDER THEN GETTING A LOAN
