Stupid redefined - MTN does everything possible to annoy customers
<p>Upgraded MTN phone and they unilaterally take all credit limits to zero. No out of the Country and cannot make phone calls</p> <p> </p> <p>How is it possible to be so stupid and annoy loyal customers so much ? Limits cant be changed with credit bla bla blah..</p> <p> </p> <p>#*** MTN - surely you could train store staff, ask customers are just carry old limits from one contract to the next!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!</p>
Please call me Willem - 084 ********** . I cannot change the limit using *141*5# and my credit limit (just set by MTN branch at 9.30am today) is 10% of the limit before the upgrade last wee****!!...and I still cannot use the phone to make calls as currently out of SA !!

It should not be this diffcult, if I use the phone you gave me, you make more money...THIS MAKES ZERO SENSE WHY YOU WOULD CUT IT OFF ?
