Stupid MTN ZONE Discount
What a TERRIBLE SERVICE (All of a sudden)
I keep receiving MTN ZONE Discount msg +/- 200 in one night!!!!!!
Non of the Service consultant nor the Manager can give you true info or how to deactivate it.
I loved MTN so much but this is chasing customers away.
Please Kindly note!!!! I DON'T CARE about discount so if u have any plan to change my frustration before I port my business number to another Network provider that will be great.

This is the information received from the prepaid department.
Client will have to dial *141*4#ok to change the price plan, they will have to deactivate cell broadcast to stop the MTNZone messages.
Cell broadcast deactivation will depend on the type of phone that the client are using.
We have sent the complaint as well to the 173 sups for assistance.
